Bookkeeper
We are currently looking for a take-charge individual who is interested in joining a well-established and innovative company in a booming industry.
Bathing Brands, a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments is currently searching for a Bookkeeper.
A background in the construction industry or trades is welcomed but not required.
This position reports to the Finance Division Manager.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining the accounting system in accordance with company policy and proceduresManages and perform monthly accounting close cycleApply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable standardsPerform activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and overseeing weekly check runs Perform account receivable functions including payment applications, collections, and revenue recognitionW-9 RequestsPartial and final waiversPerform bank and credit card reconciliationsAssist with file Monthly sales tax returnCustomer and vendor maintenance via database softwareMaintain and prepare required periodic reportsQualificationsTwo to four years of related experienceAbility to work with all levels of management.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Proficient in Excel skills and working knowledge of MS Office PI2f8cce699f8b-26289-33067008Salary:
$23 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
