We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Host.
As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their dining experience starts off on a positive note.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated tables - Provide menus to guests and assist with any questions or special requests - Maintain knowledge of daily specials, promotions, and menu items - Manage waitlist during peak hours and provide estimated wait times - Coordinate with servers to ensure efficient seating and table turnover - Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper set-up - Assist in taking reservations and answering phone calls with professionalism and phone etiquette - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food delivery
Qualifications:
