Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed Observe and report any changes in resident's physical/emotional condition to the licensed nurse Assist with resident leisure time programming (including escorting to and from activities) Assist with dining services with mealtime serving Assist residents with laundry Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors and co-workers Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their families Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education We are currently looking for RCA (Resident Care Assistant) to join our team.
To qualify you need a:
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent CPR Must enjoy workigng as part of the team Must enjoy working with the senior population About Franciscan Advisory Services:
