Our small office is looking for a dynamic individual that can multi-task and enjoys variety.
This position requires heavy phone usage and a high level of communication skills.
Regular duties include:
Answering incoming calls to schedule service appointments Dispatch calls to service technicians and coordinate ordering parts and follow up Invoice/payment processing Credit card receipt processing/reconciliation Customer/vendor paperwork filing Creation of thank you letters, regular mailings Equipment registration/warranty Scheduling appointments/meetings Ad-hoc projects (marketing, social media, lead-generation, networking, promotions, binder creation, home show coordinating, etc) The right person for this position has Word/Excel/QuickBooks experience and is happy answering the phone and talking to customers.

A casual-dress office, fun environment, and full benefits are available immediately.
This position requires you to be in the office, this is NOT a remote or work-from-home opportunity.
