Busser Summary Bussers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the designated areas of our restaurant based on the nightly needs.
Hours are convenient to those still in school,, and it is a great first job to get started in our exciting industry! Duties and Responsibilities Cleaning designated areas and equipment according to the restaurant's cleaning schedule Performing special cleaning tasks as assigned by management Ensuring that all service areas are clean and sanitized at all times Maintain a clean work area and comply with all food safety and sanitation procedures Performing other duties as assigned by management Communicate with coworkers to best utilize your time and effort Competencies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to listen and communicate effectively in a hectic environment.
Capability of working in a team environment Ability to work under pressure and at times under tight deadlines Flexibility to work multiple shifts in a single restaurant Commitment to excellent customer service and positive attitude Ability to follow all safety procedures including dangerous kitchen equipment cleaning procedures Fluency in English is a requirement.
Those who display a great work ethic and teamwork can be considered for further training in other areas of the restaurant.
