Our fast-paced, expanding, state of the art facility is seeking a dynamic receptionist, bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and collecting balances Maintaining an orderly and neat reception area as well as monitoring patient wait times Data entry and other duties as assigned Position requires a positive attitude and discretion in all patient dealings; excellent communication and organizational skills; and flexibility.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with Modernizing Medicine practice management software and typing 60 wpm a plus.
