30PM Education, Training and Experience No experience in scheduling coordination is required, but experience in administrative functions, customer service and reception is preferred.
Associates degree and beyond is not necessary but is helpful.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Utilize multi-modal communication platforms (call, text, email) to communicate with prospective and existing customers.
Confirm and verify information of previously set in-home sales appointments Handle upwards of 100 inbound/outbound calls per day Coordinate appointment logistics with in-home sales staff Oversee our automated CRM to handle follow up tasks Follow zone maps to properly place/replace appointments No cold calling - these are all inbound leads where the customer has asked US to contact THEM! Answer inbound calls from prospective or existing customers Provide friendly and professional customer service Be able to be on the phone for an extended period of time Knowledge & Skills Strong internet and PC skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong time management and multi-tasking skills Must be detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to work independently, a self-starter and energetic Problem solving abilities Detail-orientated Team 1st mentality Currently working Wanting to move up within the organization and take on more responsibility Interviews and job position are in-person (NOT A REMOTE POSITION) Job Type:
