Are you a self-motivated individual with a knack for numbers and a passion for finance? We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Jr.
Accountant to join our dynamic team.
This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:
As a Jr.
Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Your responsibilities will include:
1.
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2.
Performing regular ledger and general ledger reconciliations.
3.
Preparing and posting journal entries to the general ledger.
4.
Assisting with internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
5.
Preparing sales reports and generating client invoices.
6.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
7.
Processing expense reports and maintaining an accurate record of all company expenses.
8.
Utilizing MS Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, to analyze data and create detailed financial reports and projections.
9.
Ensuring compliance with GAAP and other accounting best practices.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The requirements for this position include:
1.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
3.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including experience with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
4.
Solid understanding of GAAP, GL, Reconciliations, Journal Entries, Audits, and Sales Reporting.
5.
Experience in generating client invoices and processing expense reports.
6.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
7.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
