Concierge/Receptionist The Woodlands at Canterfield West Dundee, IL Starting at $17/Hour Full-time The Woodlands at Canterfield, a brand-new Assisted Living and Memory Support community located in West Dundee, Illinois is looking for a dynamic Concierge to serve at the receptionist/front desk associate for the Community.
This is a part-time 8-16 hours per week.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answers calls and distribute to the appropriate personnel or department Greets and directs all authorized visitors and vendors Distribute mails to appropriate department Cross trained to assist other departments Performs clerical duties for department heads Maintains confidentiality Build positive relationships with residents, associates and co-workers Required Skills and
Qualifications:
High School Diploma 1-2 years of administrative/reception work experience Energetic, professional with exceptional interpersonal skills Excellent communication & customer service skills Detailed oriented Team player Compassionate and understanding of eldercare About Franciscan Advisory Services:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
