3K a year We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast paced work environment.
You will have an opportunity to use your professional customer service, communication and analytic skills to successfully perform a quality control review of a residential appraisal.
The high level of customer service and attention to detail insures our customers of a quality appraisal.
Review residential appraisals for accuracy, relevancy, and consistency of data in the report being reviewed.
Have a current working knowledge of Fannie Mae, HUD/FHA, UAD and USPAP requirements and guidelines.
Identify flaws in the appraisal development, logic and theory.
Effectively communicate with vendors regarding appraisal issues.
Communicate with staff in all departments to meet client expectations and maintain a high level of customer service.
Maintain a high level of production.
Keep current with client specific underwriting requirements.
Identify when a report should be escalated for further review.
Delivery of the final product and supporting documentation to the client.
Qualifications Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year appraisal review experience in a high volume production environment.
A sound understanding of the basic appraisal theories and a comprehensive understanding of USPAP, secondary market guidelines, FHA as well as other industry standards.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
