Lead Physical Therapist - Part-Time

OverviewSymbria is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist at The Woodlands at Canterfield in West Dundee, IL.
Anticipated start date of August 2023 ResponsibilitiesThis position will provide patient evaluation and effective administration of treatment programs, coordinate staffing needs within the community and distribute therapy caseload among staff, and submit billing information to Symbria Rehab.
Assign activities within the rehabilitation services department.
Coordinate therapy services with the nursing department and other therapy disciplines.
Evaluate and treat patients and coordinate other related activities at the community.
Qualifications Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
Licensed rehabilitation professional with acute, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience; minimum of two years clinical experience.
Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
