We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area - Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or customer service role preferred - Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in using phone systems, computer applications, Electronic medical records and office equipment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Professional demeanor and appearance Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
